The above photo is not the greatest, but this quiche is very yummy and easy!
I buy 30pks of eggs and the recipe is on the front of the egg container, the best
thing is I changed the flour to Gluten Free and it still tasted great.
. 7 eggs
. 1 onion chopped
. 1 zucchini grated
. 1 cup grated cheese
. 4 bacon rashers chopped
. 1 cup milk
. 1/4 cup cream
. 3/4 cup SR flour (I used GF)
. 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
. fresh chopped parsley
. salt and pepper to taste
Breat eggs with milk and cream. Add remaining ingredients and combine
well. Pour into a 25cm pie or quiche dish. Bake for 45mins in a moderate
oven until set.
